Finally! A chance to see Maylene kick some ass! I've been waiting for this ever since that chapter with Agni wandering around the house. Also: BEAST, BEAST DON'T DIE. I LOVE YOU. YOU'RE AWESOME. She's been having hesitations, so I hope she does something awesome so she doesn't get killed.

Another note on Kuroshitsuji: I was surprised by how much I like Elizabeth. You can make excuses for shounen heroines that fall in line with their age/context/etc but the mangaka actually lays it out in a kind way. She's young and a little spoiled and used for a broad brush of comedy, but when it comes down to it she's a sweetheart; what really upsets her isn't getting yelled at, but knowing she did something that would hurt Ciel, and she just doesn't know how to reach out to him. This being a demon shounen series and she just being an ordinary human, she probably won't get a whole lot of exploration and screentime, but I still love her.

Also, no one on earth is more awesome than Aunt Frances.
